Established in February 1984, “Computron Group of Educational Institutions” is stationed at own premises namely at Prestige Centre, Near Training School at Kannur and shifted to K.K. TRADE CENTRE, CENTRAL BUS TERMINAL-MAIN BLOCK, 4TH FLOOR, THAVAKKARA, KANNUR with a view to expand our activities. The Group activities cater to human resources enrichment Programmes. In Kannur we are the pioneers in Computer education and have completed more than two decades of trend-setting contributions. We have sustained our lead role in the courses of “BBA, BCA, MBA, Software, Hardware and network training, meeting the highest standards and conforming to the Ministry of I.T. Government of India specification in terms of infrastructure, location and manner and matter of training in General. Thanks to our commitment to excellence we continue to be in high reckon in computer education. We represent TCIL-IT (A Government of India Enterprise) in Kannur. Of equal reckon is our periodic seminars and workshops on communicative English, various facets of personality & career development and of course I.T. related subjects. Our in-house and external panels of experts include professionals of national and international repute in various disciplines. We have conducting seminars, workshops and competitions at various prominent schools and colleges in Kannur District.
We started initially with Computer Software Classes. Subsequently introduced Computer Hardware, Network Classes, Telecommunication and Job Oriented Electronic Classes. Communicative English classes were introduced in 2001 and Entrance Coaching was started in 2005. We have been giving training in IT – Hardware / Networking / Software / Multimedia / Professional Accounting Courses / Telecommunication courses as a franchisee of TCIL (IT). In 2007 we started our journey into Professional courses in BCA and BBA to which we have added B Com now. These course are conducted as distance education courses of Kannur University.
For giving easy access to our large number of customers in remote areas for Communicative English and Entrance Coaching we have a branch located at Taliparambu also. It functions directly under the management of Computron so that quality is never sacrificed.
We have about 5000 square feet of air conditioned premises in the heart of the town including a/c confrence room. We have various class rooms, a sophisticated conference room with state of the art facilities. Our facilities have been appreciated by many visitors from India and Abroad. We are in the process of shifting our activities to a new near by location with an additional area of 7000 sq feet.
Being an NRI-initiated Group, we are global in approach and Quality conscious. We have well reputed associates, advisors and consultants in all areas of training. We have successfully placed lots of our Students in Companies in India and Abroad.
